PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire with a noise reducer capable of reducing a manufacturing cost while retaining the durability of a noise reducer. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire 1 with the noise reducer is composed of a pneumatic tire 3, and a noise reducer 7 arranged on its tire cavity surface 6. The noise reducer 7 is formed of a long sponge material 12 arranged in a tire circumferential direction. The sponge material 12 forms an annular shape continuing in the tire circumferential direction by having a projecting 13 formed at one end 12d, and a recessed portion 14 formed at the other end 12e and fitted to the projecting 13 so as to prevent coming-off.
