PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an installing structure of a fireproof partition wall which does not require any work for plumbing penetration processing and which is excellent in workability even not in the case where a partition wall used for forming a fireproof section is installed directly below a beam, which makes possible a change of the installation position of the partition wall to a certain degree even after completion, and which can flexibly correspond to the demands of a resident. SOLUTION: In the installing structure of the fireproof partition wall which is installed on the steel-framed beam 2 on the floor above which is made of H-shape steel or the like, a horizontal surface-like member 4 is installed below the lower flange 2a of the beam 2 on the floor above, and the partition wall 1 rising from above the floor is connected to the horizontal surface-like member 4.
