<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in an electronic apparatus such as a cellular phone device, a nameplate with a serial number or the like described thereon is attached to the inside of the electronic apparatus or a predetermined external position thereof to allow the nameplate to be seen as needed, but air bubbles are easily formed between the nameplate and a printed board when the nameplate is attached to the printed board. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Groove parts 7 used as air paths are formed on a surface of a resist 52a in a region on a printed board 5a for attaching the nameplate 6 thereto. Since air between the printed board 5a and the nameplate 6 is discharged from the groove parts 7 to the outside of the region for attaching the nameplate 6 thereto when the nameplate 6 is attached to the printed board 5a, air bubbles are not left between the nameplate 6 and the printed board 5a.
