摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic call origination system for efficiently securing a telephone call with a customer, while limiting the number of times of call origination to the prescribed number of times or less. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The automatic call origination system originates a telephone call to a customer terminal, and originates a telephone call again when business is not terminated. The system includes: customer terminals; business terminals for a call with the customer terminals; an exchanger for connecting the customer terminals to the business terminals; a call origination history database for recording call origination histories and the remaining number of call origination permissions being call origination enabled times; and an automatic call origination processing server. The automatic call origination processing server includes: a call origination history extracting means for extracting the call origination history and the remaining number of call origination permissions; a call origination control means for performing call origination when the remaining number of call origination permissions is one or more, and stops the call origination when the remaining number is zero; an exchanger control means for controlling the exchanger; and an information updating means for updating a call origination result in the call origination history database.
