WATER STERILIZING APPARATUS

A water sterilizing apparatus that applies sterilizing / antibiotic / antifungal / insect proofing capabilities, etc. to passing water, or flowing water, or stored water for a prolonged period of time. The water sterilizing apparatus has a sterilizing unit comprising a base metal element and noble metal element coaxially piled on each other with a space holding member interposed therebetween. The sterilizing unit is disposed in passing water/flowing water, or immersed in stored water, so that a battery reaction is induced in a uniform interstitial space between the base metal element and the noble metal element through the medium of water. Thus, metal ions in completely ionized form are leached from the base metal element to thereby apply sterilizing capability to the water.
