Provided are a text mining apparatus, a text mining method and a program wherein any unique portions of a plurality of text data including text data generated by computer processing can be identified with a high degree of precision.  A text mining apparatus (1) is used which executes text mining of a plurality of text data including text data generated by computer processing.  Confidence levels are established for the respective ones of the plurality of text data.  The text mining apparatus (1) includes a unique portion extracting unit (6) that uses the confidence levels established for the respective ones of the plurality of text data to extract any portions of the text data that are unique relative to the other ones of the text data.
