A unity number service call processing method, a system and a device are disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention. The method includes: receiving the call carrying the initial called number initiated by the calling terminal; sending the message of the called number to the first switching device of IP network when the initial called number is the number of the unity number service, and the message has the characteristics of the unity number service; receiving the calling request initiated by the first switching device, and starting the unity number service processing of the initial called number according to the message carried by the calling request, calling the unity number terminal corresponding to the initial called number. Thus the unity number service of the SIP intelligent terminal of IP network and the general terminal of the other communication networks can be implemented through the use of embodiment of the present invention.
