The system (1) has a drive device (10) comprising an anchor (14) and a chuck (11) arranged in a casing (12). The chuck is operated by a control sleeve (13) to clamp and release a tool (8) i.e. drill. A tool holder (2) comprises a housing (20) with an opening (21) for accommodating the tool. The housing comprises an opening section (22) for accommodating the casing and another opening section (24) for positive coupling with the anchor of the drive device. A fastening device is provided at the housing for fixing a tool element (30).
