PURPOSE: A polarizing plate is provided to reduce thickness and improve mechanical strength by laminating a polarizing polyethyleneterephthalate resin film through an adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing film is composed of the PVA(PolyVinyl Alcohol) resin. A first polyethyleneterephthalate resin film is laminated in one side of the polarizing film through an adhesive layer. A second polyethyleneterephthalate group resin film is laminated in the other side of the polarizing film through the adhesive layer. The thickness of the first or the second polyethyleneterephthalate group resin film is 20um or 50um.
