PURPOSE: A telematics device and method for providing car error service thereof are provided to inform a repair center at a short distance away from a current position through communication with a telematics service. CONSTITUTION: In a telematics terminal and a car repair service thereof, the telematics terminal displays a broken parts in a vehicle and a repair method corresponding to the broken parts to allow a driver manage the broken part in the vehicle(S30-S34). The telematics terminal displays a car repair center on a map(S35-S38).
