PURPOSE: A piston valve of a shock absorber is provided to increase tuning degree of freedom by selectively opening and closing a flow path. CONSTITUTION: A piston valve of a shock absorber comprises a first piston valve(110), a second piston valve(120) and an intake valve(130). The first piston valve is installed on a lower column portion of a piston rod(20). The first piston valve generates the damping force in the compression stroke using the cycle shift of the fluid. The second piston valve is installed in the piston rod of the lower part of the first piston valve. The second piston valve generates the damping force in the tension administration using the cycle shift of the fluid. The intake valve moves up and down between the first piston and the second piston.
