PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column data driving circuit reducing chip size and power consumption by reducing the number of buffers of a column data driving section using a time sharing system even in a general TFT (Thin Film Transistor) panel, and to provide a display device having the column data driving circuit, and a method of driving the column data driving circuit.

SOLUTION: The column data driving means includes a pre-charging means for pre-charging at least one of a plurality of column lines with a preset signal corresponding to image data, and a driving means for sequentially driving the plurality of column lines using a data signal corresponding to the image data.
