PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stacking layers of a sintered powder, which has reduced the influence of generated fume as much as possible.

SOLUTION: When alternately repeating the step (i) of irradiating a predetermined part of a powder layer arranged on a shaping table with a light beam and sintering or melting and solidifying the powder to form a solidified layer, and the step (ii) of forming a new powder layer on the obtained solidified layer and irradiating a predetermined part of the new powder layer with the light beam to further form a solidified layer thereon in a chamber, the method for producing the three-dimensionally shaped structure includes exhausting at least a part of an atmospheric gas in the chamber through an air passage of a shaping tank from the chamber.
