<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system for a ship capable of enhancing convenience when supplying power to propulsion machines while suppressing the power consumption, in a propulsion system for a ship or a ship having a plurality of propulsion machines. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply system has power supply relays 70S, 70C, 70P for individually turning on/off the power supply to outboard motors 3S, 3C, 3P. When an unlock button 13 of a key unit 11 is operated, an immobilizer 10 executes the conduction of all power supply relays 70S, 70C, 70P. When an engine of any one of the outboard motors is in a stopped state for a predetermined time or more, the immobilizer 10 blocks the corresponding power supply relay under a predetermined condition.
