<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support device for improving extracting accuracy without performing any operation to separately add any information which can be used for extracting a subject whose order reception is highly possible from among subjects whose order reception or order failure is undecided. <P>SOLUTION: In a business support device, a totaling information calculation means 91 calculates totaling information obtained by summing up the items of past subjects showing the results of order reception for each person in charge, and a point calculation means 92 calculates the evaluation points of each person in charge on the basis of the totaling information. A feedback point registration means 97 registers feedback points in association with undecided subjects with evaluation points stored in a feedback storage means 84. A total point calculation means 93 calculates total points obtained by adding the evaluation points to the feedback points stored in the feedback storage means 84 for each person in charge.
