PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-foldable slip for a sealed letter which can contain private information written on a piece of paper for preparing a sealed reply letter without being discerned from outside. SOLUTION: This three-foldable slip for a sealed letter is formed of a first sheet-like base and a second sheet-like base which is of the same size as the first sheet-like base and is pasted on the first sheet-like base. In addition, the slip is folded laterally in the way that the three connected folded parts are openable altogether as the first sheet-like base and the second sheet-like base are superposed over each other. The first sheet-like base is perforated crosswise to form a sewing machine for cutting with a specified space left from the top/bottom edges, and further, is perforated longitudinally to form a sewing machine for folding, in the positions located crosswise defining each of almost three equal divisions. Besides, the first sheet-like base has three divided piece of paper parts representing a first piece of paper division, a second piece of paper division and a third piece of paper division aligned from the left side. On the upper surface of the first piece of paper division, there are a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied margin where a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied along the top/bottom edges and the left edge, and an adhesive applied area where the adhesive is applied, in the area excluding the above pressure-sensitive adhesive applied area.
