PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the top of a minute ball from becoming high by providing a collapsing member for collapsing the top of an integration section of the minute ball and collapsing the integrated top of the minute ball without blowing off the ball. SOLUTION: The following means are adopted for a minute ball array apparatus. Firstly the minute ball array apparatus has an array tool where the insertion section of a minute ball is formed in a prescribed pattern, and a ball moving means for moving a push-in surface along an upper surface of the array tool, and the minute ball is dropped to the insertion section of the array tool by moving a plurality of minute balls supplied onto an upper surface of the array tool on the push-in surface of the ball moving means. Secondly a collapsing member for collapsing an integration section of the minute ball pushed up along the push-in surface is provided in the vicinity of the push-in surface when moving the push-in surface of the ball moving means, and a motion-giving means is provided, where the means gives a motion for collapsing the integration section of the pushed-up minute ball to the collapsing member.
