<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of separating an immunoglobulin monomer with high precision by subjecting an immunoglobulin solution containing an immunoglobulin monomer, an aggregate thereof, and a protein having an isoelectric point lower than the isoelectric point of the immunoglobulin to crossflow filtration with the use of an ultrafiltration membrane, a module of the ultrafiltration membrane, and a crossflow filter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of separating an immunoglobulin monomer includes subjecting an immunoglobulin solution containing at least an immunoglobulin monomer, an aggregate thereof, and a protein having an isoelectric point of lower than the isoelectric point of the immunoglobulin and having a concentration of the immunoglobulin of 1-150 g/L and a pH of not lower than the isoelectric point of the immunoglobulin to crossflow filtration with the use of an ultrafiltration membrane having a cut-off molecular weight of 100,000 to less than 500,000.
