<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and durable monorail conveying machine for maintaining a general purpose engine mounted on the monorail conveying machine in a roughly horizontal state independent from inclination of the monorail with a simple structure, providing reduced oscillation at attachment/detachment of a power. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A shock absorbing device 4 maintains the general purpose engine 1 of the monorail conveying machine mounted on the monorail conveying machine in a roughly horizontal state independent from inclination of the monorail 3 with simple structure, reduces oscillation during attachment/detachment of the power, provides preferable duration and reduced cost without using a heavy weight, an inclination sensor, and an electric cylinder, and without causing the cargo weight reduction of the monorail conveying machine.
