The novel compound 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl- 4-(2-bicyclo-[2,2,1]-heptyl)-amino-3-pyrazoline- 5-one and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof are prepared by reductive condensation of 1 -phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-amino- 3-pyrazoline-5-one and bicyclo-[2,2,1]-heptan-2- one optionally with salt formation. Pharmaceutical compositions for oral, rectal, and parenteral administration and having antiinflammatory, antipyretic, antiphlogistic and anti-neuralgic effects comprise an above novel compound or salt and a carrier or diluent therefor.</p> |
