The device has a bearing (30) made of sheet metal and a lug pivotably arranged at the bearing. An electrically conductive plastic e.g. electrically conductive polyamide, is arranged between the bearing and the lug. The bearing is molded with the plastic in an area of the lug. A sleeve is arranged between the bearing and the lug and is made of the plastic. Seams (35-38) are provided in the bearing in a transition area between a bearing case (33) and fastening plates (31, 32). A bulge is provided in center of the sleeve and/or a bearing element.
