The present invention relates to a waist-hugging hula hoop. More specifically the present invention relates to a waist-hugging hula hoop which can be adjusted for size to suit the waist size of the user, and which generates vibrations and exhibits a massaging effect on the wearer during the rolling of a pleat on the inside of which is formed a rolling body. The present invention is advantageous in that it has improved functionality in adjustment for size to suit the body size of the user while at the same time retaining the exercise functionality of hula hoops of the prior art, it can be used in a state in which it hugs the body of the user, and it can be used in diverse postures such as in a seated posture and in confined spaces. |
