A BARREL WITH TREATMENT HEATING FUCTION AND COATING DEVICE WITH THE BARREL

PURPOSE: A barrel equipped with a function for heating an object to be treated and a coating apparatus including the barrel are provided to uniformly heat the object to be treated and to condense moisture inside a vacuum chamber and control the vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A barrel(100) equipped with a function for heating an object to be treated comprises: a central axis(110); a barrel heater(120) keeping a constant interval in the central axis; a circular upper plate(130) which is fixed to the upper end of the central axis; a circular bottom plate(140) which is fixed to the lower edge of the central axis; and a jig axis(150) in which a plurality of jigs including the object to be treated are fixed to. A rod shaped heater(122) of the barrel heater keeps the constant interval from the central axis and both ends of the barrel heater are curved into ∩ shape to be connected on the bottom plate.
