<p>Disclosed is an insulating film having high dielectric breakdown voltage, which is excellent in heat resistance and handling property. Specifically disclosed is a biaxially stretched insulating film which contains (i) a styrene polymer having a syndiotactic structure and (ii) particles. This biaxially stretched insulating film has a refractive index in the thickness direction of not less than 1.6050 but not more than 1.6550.</p> |
