PURPOSE: An auxiliary instrument is provided to minimize damage to a skin in a surgery by firmly supporting the skin of a patient. CONSTITUTION: A secondary instrument for operation supports a skin of a surgical patient. The instrument forms the operation space between the skin and organization. The instrument comprises a steering wheel(10), a body(14), a skin holder(20), and a driving part. The body is connected to the steering wheel. The skin holder part is connected to the body. The skin holder part supports the skin. The driving part applies the power to the skin holder.
