<p>The method involves transmitting formatted and encrypted information by a secured communication unit e.g. telephone, to an intermediate entity (4) i.e. bank, connected to a recipient (3), and processing the information received by the entity. The processed information is transmitted from the entity to the recipient. The information is presented in the form of an email with an e-mail address e.g. URL address, where the address is included in a mark type commercial name and in a standardized descriptive name that describes nature of operation corresponding to the sent or received email. The operation is selected from premium notice, restart, invoice, business effect, withdrawal authorization, claim, expiration or quotation acceptance. An independent claim is also included for a unit for transmitting information between a sender and a recipient.</p> |
