<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large sum user management program, a large sum user management system and a large sum user management method reducing probability of generating an error alarm on the use of communication with no intention to pay in a communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The large sum user management program for making a computer determine and support a service user's solvency computes each subscriber's service usage fee, computes the subscriber's risk value of insolvency according to a plurality of attributes of the subscriber, determines a threshold value for determining the subscriber to prepare a report on according to the computed risk value, and applies the determined threshold value to the computed service usage fee to specify the subscriber to prepare the report. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
