<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a surrounding atmosphere to become an environment with much negative ions by causing positive ions to be adsorbed much more by using a molded body coated with a coating material containing a charcoal powder. <P>SOLUTION: A method for improving a surrounding environment by using a molded body surface-coated with a coating material containing a charcoal powder is provided.
