<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining an acrylic resin plate with protective film, which prevents bubbles from being included between the acrylic resin plate and the protective film upon bonding as much as possible and which is capable of manufacturing a product without generating any recess or mark due to the bubbles even when the product requires thermoforming at a higher temperature than usual such as a deep-drawn product or the like, for example. SOLUTION: A protective film 22 is superposed on an acrylic resin plate 1 and is passed through a first pressure roller 4, having no heating function, and, subsequently, is passed through a second pressure roller 5, whose roll temperature is set so as to be 50 deg.C or more, to bond them whereby the acrylic resin plate 10 with protective film is manufactured. A polyolefin base or a polyester base film, provided with a bonding layer having adhesive property to the acrylic resin plate 1 on one side of the same, is used as the protective film 2.</p> |
