PURPOSE: A water heater with a water leakage inspection device is provided to prevent the loss of the water heater and the second loss by stopping the operation of a water heater. CONSTITUTION: A water heater(100) with a water leakage inspection device comprises a flow metering valve(1), a controller(6), a case(8), and a water leakage inspection unit. The flow metering valve is installed in a water inlet. The flow metering valve controls the flow rate of the water flowing into the water heater. The controller controls the operation of the water heater. The case opens and closes the water heater. The controller opens and closes the flow metering valve.
