UNIFIED CASE FOR OPTIC TRANSCEIVER

摘要

PURPOSE: A transceiver case for integrated optical communications reducing malfunction due to a system interface pin with the offer of the unified lower case is provided to increase productivity and reduce a cost. CONSTITUTION: An OSA(Optical Sub-Assembly)(5) and a circuit board(4) are assembled. A plastic injection mold is manufactured. The plastic injection mold unitizing the lower case and receptacle hook and pressed in as the number in which the system interface pin is necessary in the lower case. In the plastic injection mold, an integrated lower case is shaped with the insert molding of the system interface pin. An upper case(6) is assembled.
