PURPOSE: An apparatus for transmitting data by the usage of the precoding matrices after generating precoding matrix based channel state information is provided to determine precoding matrix according to the quantization noise. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(310) receives status information which is quantized about a radio channel from a plurality of transmission antenna(361) of the base station to a plurality of RX-antennas(381) of a termina from the terminal. A controller decides the controlled rate of the interference signal to noise about the radio channel. A precoding matrix calculator produces the precoding matrices. Using the usage of the precoding matrices, a transmission unit transmits data to each terminal.
