PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a low density polyurethane foam sheet is provided to prevent damage to a product from the external impact. CONSTITUTION: A first base material film(2) is put on a conveyer belt(44) made of Teflon material. A polyurethane blowing composition(20) is injected on top of the first base material film. The inserted foam composition is casted using a casting roller(30) to have fixed thickness. A second base material film(40) is laminated on top of the casted first base material film using a high and interval controlling roll(41). A first heating part(50) foams in 25 ~ 60°C and a second heating part(60) foams in 70 ~ 100°C. Thermal dryers(70,71) foams in 100 ~ 130°C. The second base material film is eliminated. The low density polyurethane foam sheet that the second base material film is removed is transferred to a coating unit(90). The coating composition is spread on the surface of the low density polyurethane foam sheet.
