PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a film 2 stably at a high speed. SOLUTION: A film 2A wound like a roll is supported by a stand, and films 2A and 2B pulled out of the roll are fed by a feed roller 6. The film 2A is folded in the width direction on the way by a folding guide 4 to provide a four overlap state 2B. A rotary cutter 8 is arranged on a downstream side of a feed roller 6, and the film 2B is cut to a predetermined length. A cut film 2C is fed to a bring-over belt 42 via delivery rollers 64 and 66. The bring-over belt 42 grips and conveys about 1/2 section of the width direction of a film cut piece 2C, and delivers it to a gripper 40 of a supply disk 38.
