The process comprises placing the element in a mold (3) and a fire proof layer (1) at the bottom of the mold, placing a fluid or pasty construction material layer such as mortar or concrete on the hardened fire-proof layer, forming a constitutive material of the fire proof layer by mixing a granular composition comprising a hydraulic binder made of anhydrite III and an aggregate with water to release alumina for reacting 3-5 moles of anhydrite III with 2-4 moles of alumina, and heating a spraying composition made of calcium sulfate to form metastable soluble anhydrite III. The process comprises placing the element in a mold (3) and a fire proof layer (1) at the bottom of the mold, placing a fluid or pasty construction material layer such as mortar or concrete on the hardened fire-proof layer, forming a constitutive material of the fire proof layer by mixing a granular composition comprising a hydraulic binder made of anhydrite III and an aggregate with water to release alumina for reacting 3-5 moles of anhydrite III with 2-4 moles of alumina, heating a spraying composition made of calcium sulfate to form metastable soluble anhydrite III, and applying a mechanical stress on particles of metastable soluble anhydrite III for stabilizing their metastable phase. The fire proof layer has adhesion properties. The hydraulic binder and aggregate are measured to form an outer layer containing calcium sulfo-aluminate at 1000[deg] C. A proportion of water mixed with the granular composition is 40-80% P/P(binder). The constitutive material of the fire proof layer is formed by mixing a plaster, a Portland cement and/or alumina cement with vermiculite, perlite and/or water. An independent claim is included for a construction element.
|
