<p>PURPOSE: A repair fuse device is provided to reduce the number of enable fuse cutting and cutting failures by converting the function of an enable fuse and improving a repairing method. CONSTITUTION: A repair fuse part(10) includes an address fuse and an enable fuse. If poor main cells are generated, a corresponding address fuse is cut. If poor redundancy cells are generated, a corresponding enable fuse is cut. The repair fuse part outputs a fist selection signal which corresponds to the address fuse cutting and a second selection signal which corresponds to the enable fuse cutting. A repair part(20) repairs the poor main cells and good main cells to good redundancy cells(3) according to the matching information of an address, the first selection signal and the second selection signal.</p> |
