<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for reducing object flowing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A system controller 104 detects an area where patterns match between images based on a plurality of pieces of image data by pattern matching. Then, the system controller 104 positions a plurality of pieces of image data generated by performing imaging a plurality of times for an exposure time shorter than a proper exposure time while changing an imaging visual field with the area of matched patterns by pattern matching as reference, adds the respective positioned image data and generates image data corresponding to a visual field wider than an imaging visual field of a CCD 103.
