Producing plastic-deformable polyurethane foam material, comprises mixing and reacting (A) a polyisocyanate, (B) at least one polyhydroxy compound, (C) optionally chain extending- and/or crosslinking agent, (D) propellant containing water, (E) catalyst and (F) optionally other auxiliary agents and additives. Producing plastic-deformable polyurethane foam material, comprises mixing and reacting (A) a polyisocyanate, (B) at least one polyhydroxy compound, (C) optionally chain extending- and/or crosslinking agent, (D) propellant containing water, (E) catalyst and (F) optionally other auxiliary agents and additives. The component (A) is a hyperbranched polyisocyanate (0-50 wt.%). The component (B) is a hyperbranched polyhydroxy compound (0-50 wt.%) comprising a hyperbranched polyetherol, a hyperbranched polyester polyol and a hyperbranched polycarbonate polyol. At least one of the components (A) or (B) contains at least 1 wt.% of relevant hyperbranched polymer. An independent claim is included for a plastic-deformable polyurethane foam obtained by the above method.
