<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective deodorizing method for compost odor by properly executing biological deodorization by removing ammonia at a compost fermenting stage, then lowering ammonia load at the biological deodorization. SOLUTION: In the deodorizing method for the odor generated at converting org. waste to compost, a first stage for removing the ammonia generated at fermentation by allowing a phosphorus compd. and a magnesium compd. to coexist and a second stage for deodorizing the compost odor generated from a compost production equipment are provided at the compost fermenting stage of the org. waste. A stage for cooling the compost odor generated from the fermenting stage and for returning the obtained condensate to the first stage is provided at the front of the second stage, and the odor after separating the condensate can be deodorized biologically at the second stage.</p> |
