<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a start/stop order controller capable of controlling the start/stop order of a power supply starting circuit flexibly. <P>SOLUTION: The start/stop order controller includes a power supply starting circuit comprising an OR circuit 10 receiving a start/stop signal A1 and a comparison signal D2, a power supply 31, a circuit 41 for detecting the output voltage Vo1 of the power supply 31 to output a detection signal C1, and a comparator 51 for comparing the detection signal C1 with a reference voltage Vref1 to output a comparison signal D1, and a power supply starting circuit comprising an AND circuit 20 receiving a start/stop signal A2 and a comparison signal D1, a power supply 32, a circuit 42 for detecting the output voltage Vo2 of the power supply 32 to output a detection signal C2, and a comparator 52 for comparing the detection signal C2 with a reference voltage Vref2 to output a comparison signal D2.
