<p>The biosensor (2) has a measuring chamber (102) filled with a test fluid (104) i.e. hydrogel. The test fluid is in a position for altering a change of the concentration of a predetermined analyte or ion type into a change of a physical quantity. The measuring chamber is closed by a membrane (103) that is permeable for the analyte or the ion type, and impermeable for the test fluid. Micro-acoustic sensors (105, 107) i.e. surface-acoustic-wave sensors, in operative connection with the test fluid detect the changed physical quantity by the concentration of the analyte or the ion type.</p> |
