PURPOSE: A securities precision judging machine is provided to accurately recognize fluorescent prints which are required to be certified by using a magnifying glass and an external exposure light insulating film. CONSTITUTION: A main body of a judging machine(11) comprises a central lens which installed to see an object after magnifying an object. A height adjusting unit(114) controls the height of the main body of the judging machine by a vertical motion. A supporting board(121) is perpendicularly connected to the height adjustment device and put the securities on an upper part. One side of a light protecting film(131) is fixed to each side of the main body of the judging machine.
