PURPOSE: An attaching and a detaching structure of a transceiver case and a method thereof are provided to simplify part structure and minimize the deformation of a hook unit by enabling a slide to directly raise the hook unit. CONSTITUTION: A latch(5) executes a lever role canceling the combination state with the cage of an optical communications system equipment. A slide(7) is combined with the latch in a body. The slide forms a bent shape canceling the bond between the hook of the case and the hook unit of the cage. A front part(71) of the slide is combined with a slide connection unit(50) of the latch. A latch groove(80) is formed in the case.
