PURPOSE: A bone grafting material coated with bmp extracted from a human bone is provided to improve promoting function of a bone formation for the bone grafting material. CONSTITUTION: A bone grafting material coated with bmp extracted from a human bone comprises a bone grafting material main body originated from an animal bone, and a bone morphogentic protein(BMP) layer extracted from a human bone to form a surface of the bone grafting material main body. The content of calcium for the bone grafting material main body is over 8%. The bone grafting material main body has an average diameter under 1 micrometer. The BPM forming the BMP layer is extracted from the human bone powder by a protein extract reagent or a proteinase inhibitor. A dialysis method is used to form the BMP layer on the bone grafting material main body.
