PURPOSE: A hot-water mat is provided to radiate the heat from a hose to an upper cover without transmitting to a lower cover, and to prevent users from an expose to harmful waves by blocking electromagnetic waves radiated from an insulating material and a hose laying plate. CONSTITUTION: A hot-water mat comprises the following: an insulating material(13) located in between an upper cover(12) and a lower cover(11); a heat reflecting plate(14); a hose laying plate(16) with a hose(15); and a shielding plate(17) shielding electromagnetic waves. The upper and the lower covers are manufactured with a natural leather, a synthetic leather or a fabric. The insulating material is a cocoon floss. The heat reflecting plate is formed with a foil or a silver thin plate. The hose laying plate is formed with polyurethane foam or foamed styrofoam. The shielding plate is coated with minute particles of biotite.
