PURPOSE: A location adjusting device of an iris recognition monitor using an image device is provided to recognize a sitting height by height of an iris of an eye of a user, thereby providing an optimum monitor watching angle. CONSTITUTION: Location information of an iris image is obtained by an imaging device. Location data of a user is calculated based on height location information of an iris. A sitting height of the user is anticipated based on the calculated value. An optimum monitor angle at which a screen of a monitor is not reflected is found. A servo motor operates based on the optimum monitor angle to provide an optimum angle.
