A method to provide setup information to a user of a powered medical fluid injection system, the method comprising: in a graphical user interface (GUI), providing a display of a graphical representation of a component of the fluid injection system; and providing a visual indicator for the graphical representation of the component to instruct the user that a specific setup function is to be performed on the component of the injection system.
