PURPOSE: An insulator for fixing a transmission line is provided to remove inconvenience of a user due to power interruption by releasing and detaining a drive motor, a rotary drum, and an insulation unit. CONSTITUTION: An arm(10) is fixed to a pole with a fixing band. A drive motor(20) is installed on the arm. A rotary drum(30) is rotated with the drive motor. An insulation unit(40) is fixed to a circumferential surface of the rotary drum. A support unit(50) supports the rotary drum. A transmission support unit is arranged on the upper side of the arm. A manipulator controls the drive motor. A lamp is installed on the arm. A solar panel converts light energy into electric energy.
