PURPOSE: A packing apparatus in which the flowers package is facilitated is provided, which can supply a large amount of flowers and reduces the manufacture cost of the flowers. CONSTITUTION: A packing apparatus comprises a lace part(130), a skirt portion(150), a sewing portion(160), an elastic member(170). The lace part curve is shaped in a plurality of layers and makes the buds of the flowers projected. The skirt portion is chain-installed to the bottom of the lace part and receives a stem receiving portion. In the sewing portion, the skirt portion upper end of the wrapping paper(120) is integrally installed with the bottom end of the lace part. The elastic member is inserted in the sewing portion.
