PURPOSE: A dispenser and a refrigerator including the same are provided to prevent malfunction of the front panel of the dispenser resulting from mis-assembly of gears of the front panel driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A dispenser of a refrigerator comprises a body, a front panel, and a driving unit(140). The body is formed in a door of the refrigerator and provides a channel for transport of water or ice provided from a feeder. The front panel covers the front side of the body and tilts when dispensing the water or ice. The driving unit driving the front panel comprises an arc rack(180) which is connected to the front panel and moves within a certain angle range, an intermediate gear(170) which is coupled with the arc gear, and a drive gear(160) which rotates the intermediate gear by the rotation of a motor.
